Dr. Tse graduated from University of Nottingham medical school in 2001.  After completing his Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006, he returned to Canada, where he then completed his residency in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery in 2013.  He is the founder and director of the Ottawa Hospital Multidisciplinary Dizziness Clinic, a comprehensive tertiary referral clinic for the most chronically dizzy patients.  He is also co-founder of the Ottawa Hospital Rapid Access Dizziness clinic, a revolutionary new clinic that assesses and manages patients with acute dizziness.  He is the founder and director of the Ottawa Dizziness Community of Practice, an inter-disciplinary working group dedicated to improving quality of care for dizzy patients across the Eastern Ontario region.
