Dr. Steve Aiken is Associate Professor, School of Communication Disorders and Sciences, Surgery, Psychology and Neuroscience at Dalhousie University. His research focuses on electrophysiological measures of auditory function. He holds an MSc (Audiology, Western) and PhD (Medical Science, Toronto), and has worked clinically and in the hearing industry. He is a past-president of the Canadian Academy of Audiology, associate editor of Canadian Audiologist, and serves on the Canadian Infant Hearing Task Force, Canadian Hearing Services Global Partnerships Research and Innovation Advisory Council, Knowledge in Pediatric Audiology Group, Canadian Coalition for Adult Hearing Health and Hearing Health Alliance of Canada.
