Sue Erdman

Sue Erdman’s audiology career includes clinical, supervisory, research, and teaching experience.  As rehabilitative audiologist at Walter Reed, she was co-developer of the CPHI. As research associate in Psychology at UMBC, she was Clinical Director and Co-PI for a NIDCD-funded multicenter investigation of adjustment to hearing loss. She served as protocol monitor and consultant for the TRT Trial.  An ASHA Fellow and past-president of the Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology, Erdman has served as Coordinator and Editor for ASHA’s Special Interest Group on AR and has presented and published extensively in the areas of counseling, patient-centered care, self-assessment, tinnitus, and binaural amplification.
