Trevor Menchenton is a private practice owner and clinician, Trevor has a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional audiology. His background in neuroscience has generated a keen interest on CANS processing and refining hearing aid fitting methods to optimize patient outcomes. Trevor received the CAA Jean Kienapple Award for Clinical Excellence in 2009, presented at the 2008 CAA conference on aural rehabilitation in private practice, and previously served on the CAA Public Awareness committee. He recently opened a private research facility to investigate cognitive functionality in auditory impairment, and to develop objective methods of selecting and verifying amplification.
