People don’t want to make more choices, they want more confidence in the choices they make. This is true with patients that are seeking hearing care, as well as with audiologists that are evaluating the digital marketing they use with their practices. Using trust as the central concept, this presentation will provide audiologists with a broad construct on how to think about the digital marketing plan for their practice, as well as some tactical advice on how to enhance the reputation of their online presence.
