Bill Hodgetts, PhD, is a Professor in the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Alberta and Program Director for Bone Conduction Amplification within the Craniofacial Care Program. He teaches in the areas of hearing science and audiology and has spent more than two decades advancing clinical practice in bone conduction and hearing technology. His work spans device verification, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered care, with a focus on translating research into practical approaches that improve outcomes and strengthen confidence in everyday hearing care.
