David A. Eddins

Dr. David A. Eddins is Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders and Director of the Auditory & Speech Sciences Laboratory at the University of South Florida. Dr. Eddins is a certified clinical audiologist and a fellow of the Acoustical Society of America and the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering. Research foci include hearing enhancement technologies, communication and cognition in age-related hearing loss, precision audiology through novel measurement and modeling methods, central auditory plasticity, and psychoacoustics principles applied to voice disorders. This work has been funded by NIH, NSF, the U.S. Department of Defense, and several industry partners.
