Dr. David A. Eddins is Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders and Director of the Communication Technologies Research Center (CTRC) at the University of Central Florida. He is a fellow of the Acoustical Society of America (ASA), the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), and National Academies of Practice. His research in hearing technologies, central plasticity, voice, respiration, has been funded by NIH, NSF, the U.S. Department of Defense, and industry partners.
