Melanie Baur received her training in the States with her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Syracuse University (1995), M.A. in Audiology from University of Iowa (1997) and her Au.D.  from A.T. Stills University (2008).  The past 25 years have held a variety of clinical and educational positions, from paediatric hospitals and cochlear implant centres, consulting with school districts for children with hearing loss/APD, traditional and advanced diagnostics with all ages including APD, tinnitus, and hyperacusis, as well as provision of appropriate hearing aids and assistive devices.  She currently provides Aural Rehabilitation in conjunction with APD assessment and intervention with both children and adults.
