Professor Mujda Nooristani holds a professional master’s in audiology and a PhD in biomedical sciences from the University of Montreal. She completed postdoctoral studies in kinesiology at Laval University, focusing on vestibular involvement in postural control. Now an assistant professor at the University of Ottawa, her research explores vestibular and audio-vestibular functions, aging effects, and fall prevention. She also practices in private clinics, inspiring her innovative approaches to vestibular disorders.
