CAA has connected with several hotel properties in Kelowna with reasonable rates and a walking distance or approximately 30 minutes or less. We are continuing to negotiate with other hotels in Kelowna and will post options here when they are available.

Note regarding this location: While not within a 30 min. walking distance, this hotel is less expensive than the conference hotel. The price difference can be contributed to the cost of transportation to the conference site.  We are negotiating options for shuttle service and are not able to commit to this at this time.

Hotel Update: Most of the rooms in our block at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort have been sold, in spite of the hotel providing us with many more rooms. We are negotiating for additional options and hope to share news soon.

Parking at Hotel

Self-parking overnight is $36 per day + taxes.
Valet – $56 per day+ taxes.

Parking for the day during the conference (not staying overnight) it is $25 + taxes.

Guests have the flexibility to book shuttle services for either arrival or departure individually or opt for a convenient option to book both journeys simultaneously.

Once paid, delegates will receive a confirmation email with their shuttle details, this email also includes a promo code for 20% off  the shuttle service’s public wine tours.

Guests will also receive a 48hr reminder to check the details of their booking – this will allow guests to provide updates on flight number changes and other details.
